Dunhill Library, St Richard's Hospital, Chichester

The Dunhill Library is on the St Richard's Hospital site in the north-east corner of Chichester. From the east and west, the best approach is from the A27 Chichester bypass. From the east, take the second exit of the first roundabout of the Chichester bypass, keeping Pizza Hut to your right. From the west, follow the A27 round Chichester until you reach a set of traffic lights. Go across these and take the first exit at the next roundabout, keeping Pizza Hut on your right. At the next roundabout, turn left then follow the signs for the accident hospital.

Long-stay parking on site can be expensive. You may find it cheaper to drive past the hospital, park in the city's North Car Park beside the Festival Theatre, and walk back.

The Dunhill Library is behind the main hospital, on the first floor of CMEC- the Chichester Medical Education Centre. In fine weather you can walk around the campus. From the main entrance, walk towards and past the A & E Department to the entrance to the Outpatients Department. From Outpatients, follow the road round the car park to a right-hand junction, where you turn right, walking under a first-floor walkway. Follow the road as it turns right at the end of the building and you are facing CMEC.

From the Graylingwell campus - Centurion Unit, Summersdale Hospital, Harold Kidd Unit etc.

The way into the St Richard's campus is now through the new housing estate at the entrance to the Centurion Unit/Jupiter House site. Walk down through the houses and you will enter the St Richard's site. Turn right and walk towards the Buffer Bear Nursery and Laundry. When you reach the nursery, cut across the car park to the far corner. The building facing you is CMEC. The main entrance is down the right-hand side and the library is on the first floor.

Health Sciences Library, Worthing Hospital

The library is on the lower ground floor at the north side of the hospital, the opposite side to the main hospital entrance. Parking is available in the hospital car park or there is limited short-term street parking locally. Local parking is patrolled ruthlessly, so take care! From the front entrance, take the main corridor to the Penguins Courtyard and use the 'down' staircase beside the main lifts. Once on the lower ground floor, turn right and follow the signs to the PGMC.
