So what are our libraries like? Will you enjoy using us? Here we try to give you an idea of what we're like.
Dunhill Library, St Richard's Hospital, Chichester
An airy, sunny library on the first floor of the Chichester Medical Education Centre. Our kind and dedicated staff are always on hand to help you through the trials and tribulations of figuring out how this place works.
We like to think we add a touch of class to CMEC. Take advantage of our quiet, studious atmosphere, mahogany shelves and attentive staff.
Our computers are free to use and are running all the basic software that you are likely to need. To use one, all you need to do is pop in and sit down in front of it. It’s that simple. If you wish to book a specific time, just give us a call and we'll reserve one for you.
If you need to escape to somewhere quiet during the evenings and weekends, the Dunhill Library is the perfect place. Ask us about out-of-hours access, available until midnight and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Health Sciences Library, Worthing Hospital
The library is tucked away from the hurly-burly of hospital life. An ideal place to find some peace and quiet to study, read or research. We offer evening and weekend access, if home life is too noisy for you to concentrate. We have a room full of PCs for you to use.
There is a dining room just across the hall serving hot lunches and scrumptious cakes between 12 noon and 2pm during the week.
If you need to stretch your legs after a long period of studying, Homefield Park is just outside.
