You want it when?
If you need clinical information urgently, we will do our best to get it to you within 30 minutes of your call. We try to complete all enquiries within 5 working days. Where this isn't possible, we will update you on progress every week.
What we do
We will choose the best sources for the information you need and conduct thorough searches. If there are key publications, we will send them; otherwise we will supply a list of our results for you to choose the most appropriate. Sometimes we can just give a quick answer on the phone. We don't just do literature searches. We will try and find any information you need on anything about health care.
We can search for published information on any clinical and management subject. We are experienced searchers and have our own specialist subject areas. In addition, we can call on regional and national colleagues with other expertise.
How much would you like?
What we provide depends upon what you need; we will tailor our work to suit your needs. If you are developing a clinical protocol, for example, then we will only consider reliable evidence. If you are involved in a long-term project, we can provide regular updates to keep you in touch with new publications.
We will supply as much or as little as you need - from a single article to a pile of research papers.
